The Methods portal is an internal facing tool designed to support a cohesive way of working acorss teams within the RXP Services. It combines human centred design with lean, agile delivery principles outlining methodologies that teams use to operate and deliver consistent services. In short, it is a platform dedicated to providing the tools for improved success.

Taking an agile, discovery led approach - user flow diagrams, information architecture and detailed design were explored / defined early in the process in order to guide visual design / build. The outcome was delivered at speed with the intent to rapidly iterate over time based on validated user learnings.

RXP Methods is highly collaborative piece of work that will pass from designer to designer over time. Taking a Design Systems, atomic approach a series of foundational elements, components and modules were crafted to help teams work consistently and reduce tech debt.

The brand was deconstructed and translated it into a digital visual language with clear rules and requirements to manage usage and implementation. While still very much in its infancy the outcome is the building blocks for success.

Case Studies, methodologies, forms and personal portfolios have been designed with a focus on connecting and empowering RXP professionals. A Sketch Library was also constructed to streamline workflow and optimise the overall design > build delivery.
