A brief history...
Following a childhood as a film, book and art lover, I was always going to end up working as someone who’s purpose in life was to construct engaging visual narratives and experiences.
Over the past 5 years as a digital designer I’ve had the opportunity to work with amazing teams like Sapient Razprfish, Telstra, RACV and Toyota. Each experience has helped me learn, grow and move forward with new ideas for future success. I’m always ready to hit the ground running and love a challenge that involves collaborating with cross-functional teams of passionate individuals bound together by a shared purpose.
Someone once told me, all designers are basically just pissed off optimists. We look at the world and see everything - all the beauty yes, but also all of life's little imperfections… we see it and we think ‘I can fix that’
My idea of great design is when deep thinking is partnered with creative solutions to result in works that foster meaningful connections between brands and customers. In my work I strive to combine strategic thinking with design to craft engaging, impactful experiences in the digital space.
My process involves divergent and convergent thinking, pairing extensive research and exploration with rapid iteration to move from idea to idea in order to hone in on solutions that solve real problems. I’m known for being able to quickly adapt and maintain momentum from start to finish.
I like to be involved from end-to-end - that’s everything from ideation and conceptualising, refining, prototyping, testing, detailed design to shipping ideas. I am able to effectively manage client conversations balancing business requirements, visual integrity and audience appeal. There’s nothing more satisfying that seeing an idea become reality.
